About Us
As women veterans, we are united by a mission to combat homelessness and create lasting
change. By partnering with agencies, organizations, and case managers, we address hunger, safe
housing, social isolation, and healthcare equity for the homeless.
Virginia Virgil, Founder & CEO of LadyVeteran916 (Air Force), and Sandra Hertkorn, Director
of Community Outreach (Army), have collaborated for over 30 years in healthcare, specializing
in medical billing, coding, accounting, unpaid claims recovery, and vocational education
training.
In March 2024, Marsha Rogers (Decorated Army Veteran) became part of the team, creating and
developing the website SacramentoHomelessHub.
Together, our experience strengthens community networks and drives meaningful change in the
fight against homelessness.
